Availability, delivery and installation appointments are confirmed by TWME. Large/heavy/package orders generally ship through a supplier and freight forwarder. Selected small or urgent stocked items may ship from Sint Maarten via DHL. Destination duties, taxes, customs and related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Choose your payment method. Pay using the CX Pay payment link or bank wire instructions supplied by TWME. We process the order after payment is confirmed.

Caribbean fulfillment

Large, heavy and complete-package orders generally travel from the manufacturer or supplier to a freight forwarder, then to the customer. Selected smaller or urgent stocked items can ship from Sint Maarten using TWME’s DHL account, subject to availability and shipping suitability.

Your destination details

Provide your destination address and freight-agent information. Customers are responsible for destination duties, taxes, customs clearance and related charges. The Dominican Republic is a service and product-sales market; regional outbound shipments are arranged through the supplier/forwarder route or eligible Sint Maarten stock.
